Ventas y Ganancias - TESA is a Google Sheets-based business tool designed to help users record sales, calculate business results, create customer invoices, and generate PDF copies of invoices.

Google Account Data

Ventas y Ganancias - TESA requests only the Google permissions necessary for its functions. The application may access and manage the Google spreadsheet in which the application is installed and may create and manage specific files used by the application in the user's Google Drive, such as generated PDF invoices.

The application does not request access to all Google Drive files or all Google Sheets in the user's account.

How Google User Data Is Used

Google user data accessed by the application is used only to provide the application's requested features, including recording information in the user's spreadsheet and creating, saving, and accessing invoice PDF files generated by the application.

Data Sharing

Ventas y Ganancias - TESA does not sell Google user data. Google user data accessed through the application is not shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.

Data Storage

Business information entered into the spreadsheet and PDF invoices generated by the application remain in the user's Google account. Ventas y Ganancias - TESA does not operate a separate external database for storing Google user data accessed through these permissions.

Data Retention and Deletion

Users control the spreadsheet and generated files stored in their own Google account. Users may delete these files from their Google Drive at any time and may revoke the application's Google Account access through their Google Account permissions.

Limited Use

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by Ventas y Ganancias - TESA will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
